Because all my treats are freshly baked to order, I’m unable to accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.

But don’t worry, I’ve got your back:

- If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, missing item, or a quality issue), please contact me within 24 hours of pickup. (info@andrea-bakes.com)

- I’ll do my best to make it right with a replacement or refund (depending on the situation).

- Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds for change of mind or if you didn’t like the flavour, but I’d love to recommend something new for next time! 💕
